RBQ world bosses

why are some of the world bosses not spawing?? for some reason when i tried to go kill a world boss it hasn't spawn.

There's a very good chance the bosses did spawn and were simply killed before you had a chance to notice.

first, it can spawn any time within an hour and a half time frame. second, if it was killed late at night long after the end of the second time frame of the day (20:30 server time) it very well might not spawn within the first time frame (14:00-15:30). Usual culprit is Ice Queen, no announcement, people forget about it, and it can stay alive until long after spawn time, which screws up the first spawn the next day... today for example on my server, iq didn't spawn until second spawn time.

okay that does make sense but, it shouldn't be like that..
