  • charcter lock

    need help please to recover my charcter lock. is there a way to get get charcter lock pw back. i was trying to change it to a new one and for some reason it will tell me authorization error and now my old pw and new pw i was trying to change it to doesnt seem to work. is there some way to get it back. i email r2 and all im getting is generated automated response. please i need to get back on.

    You will need to request that your character lock be reset via ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. There is no other way to recover a lost lock code (for security reasons).

          thanks rev i really wish they will reset my lock already need to do my dungeons before reset

          so will my charcter lock reset i cant log on only couple more hrs till reset and i haven done any of my dungeons yet.

            The time of response is solely up to the individual assigned to your ticket, whether or not they are on duty to address the ticket, and so forth. You will just have to be patient for now.

              I know you told me to wait patiently rev but this is frustrating not being able to log on as I'm missing all these event. I sent the info they asked for and haven't heard back since.

                As previously stated, you will need to be patient until the individual assigned to your ticket is available to remove the lock.

                I was just informed that the lock has now been successfully removed.
