My 4platinum got scammed by ronnette from S74 by trading Costumes to gold can anyone help me get my gold back?

I got some screenshots but I guess it's not enough

Costumes can be traded directly through the Trade Window. I do apologize, but there are no refunds for trades.

Make sure the costumes are in the Trade window before confirming the trade in the future.

Then can you please atleast ban ronnette? It's not easy to earn gold specially when the server is new. You can check my trading history if you want. And i though costumes are non-tradeable so we need to use the "GIFT" thing.

He also said that he's gonna trade the costume to php

There's technically nothing that ronnette can be banned for, even though it's a really low thing to do, and if they were a decent person, they'd give you your gold back since they obviously did not intend on selling you a costume.

Costumes became an item that can be openly traded through the trade window because of the high risk of scams when buying them, and it's up to the buyer to make sure they are purchasing items from a reputable source. Now you can warn others who might make the same mistake, and hopefully stop this from happening to someone else in the future.

Unfortunately, your screenshot doesn't show the full discussion about attempting to sell ingame items for real money, which is something that can be banned for. If you happen to have a screenshot showing that they are indeed trying to sell you an item for real money, I would be happy to pass that along for you.
