    Does the Knight debuff skill debuff the Priest's debuffing skill that removes and prevents debuffs? O_O
    Ign: (S44)Euthanize

    Level: 150 Eidolon
    Class: Support Priest.

    Objection?
    I'm annoying.

    Nopes, but it removes your buffs if you have any.

      Well, Hitomi debuffed my Godess' Embrace when it still had a timer. ;o
      Maybe I'm seeing things.

        The "prevention of debuff" is counted as a buff, and knight's reckoning is a "dispell" skill, so yes it will remove goddess embrace.

          But it should prevent debuffs! ;_;
          I'm so foncused.
          and it even says:

          and since reckoning is a negative buff, shouldn't that also count? D:

            As I said, reckoning is not a debuff, it is a dispell. Debuff is counted for negative aliments only.

            How the skills work is like this: GE will remove and prevent you from being affected by any status that normally appears on the 2nd line of buff (negative ones), while reckoning will remove most buffs from the upper buff line (positive ones). And since reckoning is not a status, with GE being a positive status (it appears on the upper buff line), reckoning > GE in this case.

              and it even says:
              "Gives temporary immunity to negative buffs" could also be as "Gives temporary immunity against negative status ailments" and debuff doesn't fit in that category.
