Why I can't use my characters? it stays on the "LOADING CHARACTER LIST" and after 20 seconds it says "FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER".

It's been happening to quite a fwe of us. A lot of us can't connect at all -
you have to delete your browser's cache history and temporary files or restart your browser i did not delete any of my browsers stuff because i do not know how annd i'm scared to do but i restarted my computer and it loads fine now
