I would assume that you would visit the Event Master in Starglade, and select the option that says "Redeem Gift Package", as that's the only place I've seen to enter a gift code into.

nope, it says invalid code,looks like I redeemed it when I clicked on link in my email but I dont know where to pick up the promo pack,is it only for new players ?

I have no idea. I don't know what the promo code is for or where it came from. Perhaps you should file a ticket and ask.

You should ask it on Kongregate forum since I assume that you received the e-mail from Kong. It seems like there is a problem with redeeming the codes at the moment as I saw a lot of people nagging about it on S1-4.
