Depends. Although I guess the answer to your question would probably be rogues, if you do the typical builds.

normally it would be mages because rogues put att points into str aswel which also gives a small amount of phys def with each point

I thought mage has the 2nd highest def from slayer set? Then they also have 20% dmg reduction from Ice Shield. Those 2 are far from "lowest def" in my opinion >.<

And iirc, str adds a bit of hp, not pdef. The only stat that gives pdef is end.

mage & rogue have lower defense but they are most deadly toons in sengolia..

Wow answers without research...

Rogues have lowest defense-stat, by far.
Mages have higher defenses than rangers in many cases. Mages only appear squishy because they don't have a heal compared to rangers and priests who do have it. Mages are still capable of taking quite the punches before going down.

At Eidolon rogues start dodging almost everything with full agi built though so not sure if you should care for defense >_>
