Fire or Ice for battleground?

Which is better for Battlegrounds?

Ice for controlling players?

Fire for more player swipes?

first level fire aoe's are kinda hard to do in seng, since such fast cast time and cd then if there is lag could miss. same goes for every skill though.
ice is nice though because you can cast blizzard through stun, so can halo yourself to protect from rogues and some other classes. but it really depends on your playing style. most mages end up being some sort of hybrid, always getting ice right tree for buff+passives, flame explosion for damage, then some mix of other stuff.
