how the skill Deep Freeze works?

5/5 deep freeze (2% more damage for 10 stacks)
so this means....

1 atack = 2% damage
2 atack = 4% damage
3 atack = 6% damage
.......
.......
10 atack = 20% damage

i wana know something about this skill some people says its reset on AOE skills (like improved blizzard) BUT if you use only on a SINGLE target does STACK (using AOE skills) ??? any 1 tried that???

It seems like it stacks for me even when i use balrog's hell ( aoe skill ) but not sure about other aoe's because i only level my mage account to level 30 to farm pc's

I use deep freeze 5/5 and it stacks with no matter what skill I use, so in combat, providing I don't stop attacking, I have 20% extra matk.

does not stack with blizzard/improved blizzard thou unfortunately.

I dont know why! if it did stack with blizzzard, I would max it out. I hope this gets fixed.
