I'm making a hybrid priest but i don't know what skill to pick.

the Guardian Protection tree will probably benefit you a lot more overall than the tenacity tree.

for dungeons guardians protection, if you want to be good with pvp go for tenacity reducing Crit dmg with that you can kill all the classes with physical attack even the pure END tanks n.n
with tenacity you don't have to buy mp pots with guardians protection you have to do it,because the blood priest skills cost HP and holy skills cost MP,tenacity comes from blood so you don't need to waste money with mp pots
