Blade Dance

Hi all
I think that nowadays with the states we can have from tenets and holy favor I guess "Blade Dance" ( Scion Rouge Combat skill) is just a trash , Mainly the Limit of damage (Max Deal able Damage , 120 damage is just trash ,
what can you do with such a damage maybe reworking it or just make a total rework for it would be a good thing

But then dont use it every class has trash stills somewhere and needs re work and rogues have venom witch by itself is op

yes its trash put your 8 skill points into something else, skip devoid also save yourself another 6 points its useless also if you're op
