I don't understand how this would shut down a server?

Hey there, CSblack. I have only seen about 12 people posting, so it occured to me that this problem was only effecting a limited number of users... that is why I thought it might have to do with payments or some such thing. But as Dualy pointed out, I was wrong! I will recheck my online bank account now. In any event, over 12 hours downtime = very very sad face =(((((((((((

Assuming he said, what are the barriers that are keeping him from playing on Netheran Realm. FIX NOW!
There are lots of non-English speaking players in the Netheran Realm bare with them haha
