Hey there, everyone Elixer here from S54. I have been corresponding with one of the moderators a bit on another thread. I noticed that when I made a payment on the 3rd of October, it never hit my bank account! I think this issue is related to my inability to log-in perhaps... if you guys all check your bank account online real quick, you can verify if this is the cause I also tried to file a ticket, but my character is not even showing up to select in order to file the ticket! LOL. BTW, you can play other servers. I am about 97% certain that this is related to payments that didn't go through... Please let me know if this is the case for you guys!

I did buy some Crystals, but i didn't use my bank account with it, i used Paysafecards. So i dont think it has to do anything with the payment.

Hey there, Lucario137. Remember me? hehehe Elixer here. BTW, I left your guild only because you set status to "bored" and didn't come back online for like, a week LOL. I still think you are a great person As far as the issue goes with server being down for you, me & some others, I am almost certain it is related to payments not made through 3rd party secure servers from our bank accounts to R2GAMES. Check your bank online real quick, k? If this is the case for you too, then create a bug report with your payment ticket number.
