But i do admit they are taking the **** a little bit now 12hrs is a long while but then again not many people work at 8-9pm their time in the USA especially in a games company, so just be patient and they will not compensate u for time u could be doing something else other than virtual reality...

I think, since it freezes at loading the characters, it's a database problem. Might be really hard to fix, I used to play/make Conquer Online private servers with friends. Database problems were usually a mad pain in the *** lol.
