I was able to successfully login to S8, as displayed below with the server timestamp. There also appears to be other players online, so this issue is most likely coming from your end rather than the platform's. With that said, you can try the usual fixes to see if it resolves your problem: clearing your browser history, cache, and temporary files, using different browsers, using a proxy, or manually changing your IP address.
