Reverie this is now about the four or fifth time, in as many weeks that this problems has occurred with the merged servers including s17,s32,s49,s61 and some others. What I would like to know is if this is a problem they can fix completely or are we going to get the same thing happening week after week!

Perhaps if and when it is fixed you could ask them what the problem was and then when it happens next week you can tell them immediately what they need to do, whilst they continue to look for a permanent fix.
