i have an illegal login error code, y is this happening?

The Illegal Login error is given when you try to log into the same account twice. Such as you load your character and log in, then you go to another tab forgetting that you had loaded it earlier and try to log into the same character again. Therefore one of the tabs being unable to log in as your account is already on. It's just to prevent you from logging in twice on the same character that's all. If you still get the error then clear your cookies and cache then log back into your account and try again.Helpful Links
