i have send some Tickets to the supportsystem, but i don't get the confirmationmail.
Is there any problem with freenet e-mailadresses?

Hi Mark,
that was the second what i checked, but there is no mail.
Update:
i checked it with different e-mailadresses of freenet.de
no mails was received
now i send with an other provider and i get some mailLast edited by cerviel666; 10-11-2012, 12:27 PM.

Guest repliedMake sure to check spam folder too. Sometimes, "not that familiar" emails tend to get no notification/reply from us. It can be resolved by whitelisting(If feature is available) "help@r2games" or lowering your email security settings.
