I have a serious problem that happens is I have a itemp of a mission that is to get "Clown Puppet" Well ... this mission when I got it I give it to stay there without NPC ... as you walk in my inventory it says is that you can not remove it bounce the itemp not a problem but if I cluttered inventory is as if this desbloquiado tubieras space .... Someone please help me

Try clearing a couple spots in your Inventory and then withdrawing the quest item from your Temp Storage to see if that does the trick.
