    First Recharge Problem

    GM, I haven't received my crystal and first-recharge rewards too. please process my transaction immediately. I can't wait 24 hours to get the crystal and the rewards... i'm so eagering to get them.

    You will need to wait the 24 hours, as with all first transactions.

      actually, i have 2 ID playing on this game.. the other one had the same situation as this one.. but it didn't need to wait for that long.. on same server too [S77]. i'm kinda jealous.. and itchy

      Ok. 24 hours had been gone and i still havent received my crystal and first-payment pack... what should i do now..??

      sorry for the inconvenient. I just file a ticket.. hope it can be processed soon..
