Somehow there is a character lock on my character and I can not get on it now. Is there any way to take it off?

You will need to request that the character lock be removed via ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include your character information and briefly explain your situation. You will need to confirm a few things before the GMs proceed to remove the lock. -
