Missing Fragarach Staff

Today my in game spouse was missing his Frag weapon. He checked his vault and inventory multiple times and could not find it. He even sent in a ticket asking if the item could be restored. The person answering the tickets told him that destroyed items or items sold to the npc could not be restored, however I know for a fact two people on my server that have had this same problem and their items had been restored.

He and I have worked very hard on this item. I've given him many frag shards and dragon crystal and he has put a great deal of work into it as well. It was a Superior V with +6 enchantment on it and now it is gone after all that hard work. If other people have been able to get their items restored, why can't his be too? Is it because he's not a cash player? I certainly hope that is not the case. Please tell me something can be done?

Yea it is stupid that if you put so much work into that item then it somehow JUST GOES POOF and you cant get it restored i think you need to start checking your servers for these problems more often my frag was destroyed and i got it back it just went POOF it took 100000000 tickets but i finally got it back it seems that your trying to force players to use cash on the game by makin the weapons dissapear thats all i wanted to say and i hope that you look investigate this issue

You think you could be able to fully block items from being Dropped or sold as in quest items when you are doing a quest. You can do it once r2 you can do it again. Give the player his frag shard back. Like really what are you losing?

Please Restore yos's Staff R2 I Saw others were restored I know for a fact yos worked hard on it.

Honestly, I don't think someone would be blind enough to destroy or sell a Frag weapon. It's Shining in your bag for Christ's sake. You "r2" should restore the weapon, seeing as i've read posts that you HAVE restored them before. Alot of time and work was put into making the weapon obviously, so at least do what's right and give it back to Yosvayy. I for one know he had the weapon, he is one of my closest friends, so I know he isn't trying to pull a "fast one" It can't be that hard for you to give him his weapon back. Thank you.

Dang hope he finds, that's a **** load of money lost. I haven't even gotten my frag weapon to Superior yet.
