        There's nothing more you can do except continue pushing your case via ticket. The GMs are the ones who have the say for your problem, so you must convince them of your claim.

            reverie?can u please again forard the ticket #207445 to them?its still open but the stopped replying me,they asked 2 times the snapshot,i gave them but still they ask for it -_-
