Angelic Blessing Skill Bug?

I tried the eidolon protection skill for the first time today and noticed that either the description is wrong or its bugged. I currently have angelic blessing lvl 2 and on the skill tab it says it lowers my att by 30% but when i activate the skill it says it lowers my att by 35%. Please look into this. Thanks.

I now have angelic blessing III and the description still says att lowered by 35% when it should be 25%.
