Need help (Fate Shop Question)

So within the last few weeks there was an event that gives you fate shop points for charging up crystals. I recharged here and there but then left the fate shop points there thinking it wont disappear and that i'll spend it all at a later date. Now that the event is gone without me noticing... all my points that i've been saving up and haven't used disappeared. Is there anything i can do to get it back or is it gone for good?

Points of Interest expire when the event ends (note the expiration date at the bottom of the tab when the event is active), so those points are done for. When the next POI comes around, it will reset to 0 points and only recharges during the current POI will be reflected in the tab.
