When credit card declines and sends an incomplete order, will it eventually be fufilled? Or is it ignored by Credit Card company & R2? Help pls xD

Incomplete transactions in your order history just show you that an attempt to make a purchase was made, regardless of if you even tried to complete the payment. Just getting to the payment screen will result in the transaction showing up as an incomplete purchase. It's just there to keep a record of it.
