Pls Help !!!!Not getting my Holy Favor Buff !!

GM pls help I'm not getting my holy favour buff. I recently got it to 100 and the first dot became purple. Yet I neither see a lightning icon beside mine's nor are my stats raised. I tried relogging but I was of no use . What gives?Pls solve this problem. I'm of Bearpaw Valley : character level 55 :name AXEW.
