Ranger Scion skills

i searched for over an hour, and i could never find an good explanation for the ranger scion skills from anti-mage ( magic defender ) and the nature skill ( slither ).

and becouse im getting closer to scion fast. i wanna know how they work what they do and so on.

Okay, i understand magic defender, but i dont get what slither does.

i think slither is like something on tamalan arena where's the snake summon

Slither summons that purple Venomancer-like thing A portion(depends on skill level) of the damage dealt by the slither will heal you/caster

so it is like quickheal and it will do dmg
ANd heal you ?
