Try clearing your cache, restarting browser, using a different browser, restarting your modem / internet connection, or even restarting your computer. If all of the above doesn't help then I honestly don't know what else you can do >.<

Try clearing your cache

this is pretty much all you have to do. go to tools in the browser and look for cache or on some browsers it's called tempory internet files. This will fix it, but then it becomes a pain to re-load every area again.
