why does this error shows up to me?
why i cannot play the game any more? it happened right after i made another character with the same account

Are you attempting to login the second character while the first is online?

he probably did, you get 'failed to enther the world' error when trying to login 2 characters at once on the same account
and you cannot do that :P

it happened to me (if you have 2 toons bounded to the same account, and exist in 1 server (or 2 servers merged)) you cannot log one of them ... somehow u just cannot with the same error name
