You may file a ticket inquiring why you were muted. With that said, we are not constantly monitoring the servers, so we do heavily depend on player reports for problems concerning chats (cashing has nothing to do with mutes). You may have been muted due to a report made by another player, and I enourage you to do the same if you feel you are being harassed. Take screenshots and report the players via ticket (filing tickets helps the team compile a record for repeat offenders) and you may even resort to PMing said screenshots to any online moderator for forwarding.
