Login Failed, Unknown Error!.

Why i cant open my account at r2games.com if i log in my account it says Login Failed, Unknown Error. , but if i will do Forgot password then change password using yahoomail , and after password changed its auto login and i can play, but the problem is i cant open it using r2games.com and says Login Failed, Unknown Error ... Please help me ...
