got no good solution still on this matter. R2 staff told me to clear all cookies cache and restart computer, and use differ browser. did all that but still doesnt solve anything, my item still gone. it is definitely a bug

It's a process. They have steps they have to follow when assisting players to make sure there is an issue and so they know where the issue occurred and that the issue can't be fixed at some point during the process.
