i forgot what password i change to my accout and also i forgot the email on it hope some body can help me

You will need to file a ticket (http://support.r2games.com/) regarding your issue. The GMs will require you to confirm a few things to make sure you are the actual owner of the account before proceeding to unbind the account as well as resetting your password.
