I already recharge xtal now... Then i reload the game but still dont have the xtal... Where is it go?

Was this your first recharge? If so, it may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered. Otherwise, you will want to make sure your transaction was successfully completed. You can confirm so by accessing the My R2 section of your account and then viewing your Order History.
