where is my 1000 and 500 crytals that i purchase in the shop using MOL?????????

i load 500 MOL and 200 MOL points so i purchase 1000 first but i didnt receive in my char. in server no. 78 then i try again in 500 crystal same pattern i didnt receive any but my MOL points said transaction complete
