Character lost T_T

I played it last year and i stop for almost 1 year, after i get back my character lost
Server: Lycanmarsh. so i decide to play in different server [S78]Crystal Spire.

Unless your toon was less than level 20, your character shouldn't have been deleted, as per our Automatic Account Deletion policy. Are you sure you're accessing the correct account as well as attempting to enter the server your toon was originally created?
