Vip top up first recharge

Hi GM, I reacharged for a VIP but I only receive the 800 crystals but not the other benefits like gryphon and others. PLEASE HELP!!!

As subscribing to VIP does not qualify as a first recharge, you will not be receiving the First Payment Pack that contains the temporary mount and other goods.
