Your friend will need to go through the ticket system for assistance: http://support.r2games.com/. If they are unable to access their toon, the GMs will require confirmation on a couple things before they proceed to reset any passwords/character locks. If your friend is seeking restoration of items, the request can be made, however we are not liable for stolen goods as most often, being "hacked" is a result of account sharing.
