I bought crystals and they have not arrived, I was wondering how long it took and whether it is possible to activate them immediately?

The first purchase can take up to 12 hours to receive crystals. If it's not your first purchase or if you've been waiting over 12 hours, please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com
