Royal Wedding, didn't receive rings :(

Nunnally and I payed for a royal wedding and were maried on 10/25. He received the 2 rings and I did not. Each time I try to file a ticket with this game it does not go thru, or I would not be addressing this here. Please can you help with this matter. It was a totally wasted 1200 crystals if this is not resolved.

Had you talk to the npc? I forgot which one. If you did, you should've seen System message saying you did a perfect wedding.
