I think it's bug when i do redemption at lvl 70

I'm buy a scroll of redemption lvl 70 .. and i kill mob lvl 70-75 to get book..but i not get book when i kill .. i kill many mob . but not get book

Make sure you double clicked on the scroll to activate the quest. Then try killing a different mob in the level bracket.
