Ok, I'm not sure if something got changed or not, but I used the cup in first bath then stepped out and walked back in to start second bath, but the cup still shows a COOL Down even though its a Brand New Cup... this is the first time I remember the new cup being on the SAME timer as the first bath's cup??

The cap has a 1min-ish timer, new or old, always the same cooldown. Same like you would use a skill with 30sec, upgraded it, the 30sec cooldown still has to finish before using it again.Le derp alt. I remembered I'm logged on this account after I posted.
