No GM ever threats starting with "shut up" or "band" lol.
Anyhow to easily identify a GM ask them to appear at your location. They don't need cords for that, or the instance you're on. They can get to you simply by requesting them to (if they have time for that ofc).
A real GM can and usually does this to show the blue letters "GM" in front of his name or in this case in front of the server indicator.
PS: as far as I've seen, GM's have 0 honor yet are leveld up a bit. For everyone else it's impossible to level without getting at least some honor from the quests. So a leveled toon with honor claiming to be GM, usually isn't one.Le derp alt. I remembered I'm logged on this account after I posted.

Please take the necessary actions to ban the player and their account from the servers, thanks very much.
