server names wrong cant post support tickets because of it

i have support issues and the server names are skrewed up they tell me i have no character on said server and wont allow me to post a ticket because of it. im reluctant to place my account info here so if a GM would look into this it would be greatly appreciated, also a response that this has been read and understood would make me smile too
