i bought a american express bluebird card and its not excepted why the money is there and why are u only taking visa and mastercard whats the difference if you get ur money

i got it to work on vip but i still can't purchase crystal why? is my question

There are simply company preferences when it comes to payment methods for various reasons. You will need to select an alternative form of payment when recharging crystals if your current choice is not listed as an option.

it is an option but its telling me only visa and mastercard are supported

American Express is not the same as MasterCard or Visa -- they are from different companies. That being the case, if American Express is not listed under our payment options, it is not an acceptable means of payment. You will need to select an alternative form to complete your transaction.
