gifting items

i have 806 crystals and when i try gifting and item under that amount nothing happens

Upon selecting the gifting option, a pop-up will appear. In the textbox of that pop-up, you need to insert the IGN of the player you wish to gift the item to. You can also select a player from your Friends List on the drop-down portion of the pop-up. After confirming the recipient, you will then need to select the quantity and okay the gift. Upon successful delivery, you will see a red dialogue in your chat stating that gifting said item was successful.
