    i still cant believe got an useless supported ticket, they asking my almost ten times about my account info and screen, i gave them all oh them.
    screenshot, my info. character name, server, all my character in another server, date creation, bound email, purchased email, my first payment pack, all of it. anything but they keep asking my info for good sake.
    i was hoping too much 2 r2games then, i thoughts they really good at their jobs but meh, i hope they dont let the costumer down like me.
    but seriously, file ticket useless thats why i need profesional help here -_-

    The only way to get the character lock reset is to prove to support that you are the original owner of the account. It's not something that can be done through the forum. If they are still asking you for information, then you might have gotten some of the information wrong.

    Double check the list they require and make sure you got all of the information they need accurately.
    • Character Name
    • Server Name
    • Date of Registration
    • E-mail address bound to R2Games account
    • E-mail address used for purchasing (if any)
    • Amount purchased (if any)
    • I.P. Address of Registration (http://www.whatismyip.com)
    • Screenshot or a copy of your latest purchase receipt

    If you feel that you have given accurate information for all of the above, then please provide your ticket number, and we'll see if we can find out what more they need from you.

      i did. i already sent them all, all the screenshot of my character, my email, the email i use to sent them ticket is my bound email r2games, all my email when purchased.
      what am i supposed to do now ? really

        Did you also include the IP address of registration?

        It doesn't ask you for screenshots of your characters, just the names. The only screenshot you'd need to include is one from of the receipt from your most recent purchase. Did you make any purchases on the character you need the lock removed from?

          yes i included my ip, is it will changed my IP if ive changed my processor anywhy ? because my old processor broken.
          the most recent purchase it from the hacker, ive checked my purchased history. but last time i remembered i bought xtal last years and vip.
          but i sent my previous purchased, i realized when i tried to log in my account and the password didnt match so i reset my password and log in and it works but the hacker set my 2nd password which is i had never set my 2nd password. i have all my info the most important the hacker cant reset the password now because whoever they are they dont know my email password, please give me a favor to get my acc back
