You will need to file a ticket regarding your issue here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include your IGN and briefly explain the circumstances surrounding your character and why it was deleted. The GMs will review your case from there and proceed as deemed appropriate. Note that character restoration is not guaranteed; it is ultimately up to the team.
