Does Seignor reset after a new "Leader" is crowned, if used within the same day?

Not necessarily. It can only be used once per day by the guild in control. If a new guild is in control after LG and hasn't activated it yet, they can activate it even if the other guild activated it previously. I'm assuming if that same guild one, they probably can't activate it again. Though I haven't seen it happen, so I don't really know for sure.â™”
